Hello, my name is Julie Morgan and I am your Union President for the Employee’s Association of Professionals at Tahoe Forest Health District. Previously, I served on the Board as the secretary. During that time, I learned so much about the Union and about our District. I am grateful to be able to continue on the board with the amazing team we have in place. I have lived in Truckee since 1998 and have worked at Tahoe Forest in the Emergency Department since 2008. I have twins who attend Truckee High and will be graduating in just a few weeks… I love the summers here in Tahoe and enjoy paddle boarding and hiking with our dog. I learned this winter that I don’t love shoveling snow every day!!! But then, I think we all learned that this winter. My goal as your president is to work diligently to represent all our members and to focus on ensuring us all a work-life balance that allows each of us to enjoy our jobs.

Hi, my name is Jessica Lichtig-Groom. I have been working at Tahoe Forest for almost two years
in the outpatient environment. I started at the RIC and currently work at the Pediatrics clinic. I
joined the union efforts to help negotiate the incorporation of the MSCs into the current MOU.
During the process I became fluent in the current MOU and how it applies to both inpatient and
outpatient employees. I joined the EAP board to help continue to strengthen our workplace and
employee rights. I am excited to help support our TFH community members in this new role.

My name is Sonia Henry

I have been a Labor and Delivery nurse at Tahoe Forest Hospital for 14 years and a nurse for 15 years.
The reason why I took a position on the EAP Board of Directors was to make sure that employees are treated fairly.
I have been the treasurer for the EAP Board of Directors for 6 years.  As treasurer I make sure that the dues money is put in a secure account and is invested conservatively.  I make sure the taxes are completed each year and that the EAP is current as a tax exempt entity. I have also held a position on the contract negotiations team.   I support all members with workplace issues.
With the help of other members of the EAP,  we organize winter and summer passes for our membership.
I will work hard for our members!

Jen Ingalls, RNPast President
Hey all,

My name is Jen Ingalls. I have been at TFH for 29 years -yikes! Most of my time in the Emergency department – I went back to school in 2011 and received my MSN in 2013 in Nursing/Health Informatics. I moved over to IT in 2015 as a Clinical Analyst for the ED and now am certified in EPIC ASAP (module for the ED). I have 2 kids -Max and Molly. We moved here all those years ago to live in the mountains -ski-hike-bike and do all the things we used to travel for. Truckee has been an amazing place to raise our kids and I have loved working for TFH. I have been on the Board multiple stints over the years but this last run has been for approx. 7 years- Served as the President and I have now stepped down into the Past President role.

Hi, my name is Sheila Coble. I am an OB Tech in Labor and Delivery. I have been with the Tahoe Forest Hospital for about 9 years. I was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ and have resided in the Truckee area since 2010. I am a family person with three children ages 17, and twin 3 year old boys. I enjoy crafting with sublimation and epoxy/resin, camping, paddle boarding and anything that brings the family together. I see TFH employees as an extended family. I joined the union as your EA president to help ensure the TFH family is well represented and aware of their employee rights. I want to provide education to all employees and ensure equality and balance. I believe in our health system, and I will strive to ensure we continue to provide amazing care under fair and supportive working conditions.

Isela CabreraVice President
My name is Isela I have been with Tahoe Forest for almost 4 years. I currently work as a Medical Assistant in the Pediatric Office which I enjoy very much. I am currently working on my GE with the ultimate goal to obtain my BSN. I moved to Truckee Ca in 2005 and have been here since. On my free time I enjoy being outdoors either hiking, kayaking, traveling, or exploring nature. Growing up as a first-generation Mexican-American, I often found myself un-informed, under represented, and unaware of basic rights. I strongly believe that every single employee deserves equal opportunities, security, stability, and quality working conditions. As your EA Vice President my goal is to represent every member of this district to be treated equally and have a work-life balance so that they enjoy their job as much as I do!
