• You must be a dues paying EAP member for 3 months before having access to ski passes. If you would like to become a member please use the ONLINE sign up form.
• Please sign up using your full name and cell phone number. Not your department number.
• Passes are for members only. No spouses or friends.
• You may sign up no sooner than 1 week in advance.
• You may only sign up to use 1 of the 4 passes, once per 7 days.
• If the pass you would like to use is already signed out, you may place your name on that date as the 2nd person, for the 1st person to call you if they decide not to use the pass.
• If you will not use the pass the day you have signed up for it, please call the #2 person on the list by 9 am to give them an opportunity to use it.
• If the pass is signed out, even if it is in the envelope after 8 am, you may not take the pass. The person that has signed it out is not required to pick it up by a certain time.
• Please return the passes by 7 pm so that the person using it the next day has an opportunity to pick it up the night before.
• If by 8am there is no one signed up to use the pass, you may sign out the pass a second time during the week. In this case please write “AM” next to your name so it doesn’t appear that you signed up more than 1 time in a 7 day period.
• Any member abusing the rules may have their ski pass privileges revoked.
• Please read the separate Gold Pass Rules. If we do not follow them, the California Ski Association will revoke our pass.

Update on Summer Passes for Dues paying members in Good Standing
Northstar Golf Passes
Northstar Golf passes will be available 5/22/2026 (or opening day if the resort cannot
open by 5/22) There will be two passes that will provide 18 holes of golf for two people
per pass. A dues paying member may check out one pass and is able to take a family
member or friend with them. The pass includes a golf cart. You must have hospital ID
with you when you check into Northstar.

Ponderosa Golf Passes
Ponderosa Golf passes will be available on opening day of the golf course. Ponderosa
is trying to open in late April. However, the weather is not cooperating. There will be
two Ponderosa Golf passes that can be used exactly like the Northstar passes. Dues
paying members in good standing can check out one pass and take a family member or
friend. You must have hospital ID with you when you check into Ponderosa. The Pass
does NOT include use of a golf cart.

Sports Hub Account
Sports Hub has agreed to once again provide opportunities for our dues paying
members to check out equipment for the summer. The program will be available
effective 5/25/2026 through 9/7/2026. For Sports Hub, the program is slightly different
than the golf passes. Sports Hub Program is for dues paying members ONLY and not
for family or friends. Sports Hub reported that last summer this was a bit abused so
they would like to reiterate that this program is for our dues paying employees only. In
addition, Sports Hub has requested that we create two passes (similar to the gold
passes) that must be brought to Sports Hub with hospital ID when checking out
equipment. These are located in the lockbox. There are only two passes so this will allow two employees per day to
check out equipment.

Reminder of Sign-Up Genius Rules for Passes/Sports Hub

Please remember the rules for using the passes.
 Must be a dues paying member in good standing for 90 days
 Dues paying member may sign up for passes once per week (Sunday-Saturday)
 Must sign up in Sign-Up Genius
 If no one is signed up the night before for the following day, member may sign up
for a second time in one week.
 Please be respectful of this benefit and be polite and professional when on the
golf course or at Sports Hub.
