The Objectives of the Association
- To actively represent it’s members both individually and collectively in matters relating to their wages, hours, terms and conditions of employment, benefits and status, and in employer-employee relations.
- To keep informed of hospital policies and procedures that affect employees.
- To further professional education through encouragement, scholarships and gifts
- To foster good employee/employer relationships.

- Membership is based on your biweekly pay at .09%. EXAMPLE: If you make $1000 every 2 weeks you will pay $9 a pay period.
