To allow for the greatest amount of participation and in recognition of the various schedules, time off, vacations, etc., the contract ratification vote will be held electronically by “Election Buddy” (vote by computer or smart phone). This will provide the best opportunity for all Members to participate and vote on the tentative agreement. An individual voting link will be sent out to each AFSCME Member’s personal email address (we cannot use work email addresses for the ratification vote). If your need to add or update your personal email address, please email your information to Laura.Ghione@ca.afscme57.org no later than December 12, 2025 at 4pm to be included in the ratification voting process.
Electronic Voting Timeframe: December 19, 2025 at 6am –December 29, 2025 at 11:59pm.
Only dues paying members in good standing will receive a link to vote. The link for voting cannot be shared as they are individual links and there is only 1 link per member/1 vote per member. The link for the Ratification Vote will be sent out on December 19, 2025. Emails will only be sent to the personal email addresses that are on file with AFSCME as of December 12, 2025. Due to the number of emails being sent out at once please check your Junk/Spam folder for the AFSCME Ratification Vote email from Election Buddy.
