union scholarship application 2026  DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE

This year the Employees Association will award six(6) $1000.00 scholarships. Two (2) are for MEDICAL and four (4) are for MEDICAL OR NON-MEDICAL. All EAP members and their dependents are eligible to receive these scholarships.

Turn it in by July 1st. We will announce the winners by August 1st.

Attached above is the Scholarship Application form. Please follow the instructions and submit the entirety of required documents together to the email on the form no later than July 1st.
